❚❚❚❚❚ IC.■ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Yes! ■ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Yes! ■ RELATIONSHIPS: Absolutely! ■ MENTAL INFORMATION: Please let me know before you go about doing anything with telepathic powers, but otherwise it's absolutely cool with me! Telepaths will find Nathan's mind to be a dark, disjointed place. Filled with foreign, alien script that will give the viewer an unsettling feeling, Nathan has a few voices floating around that will pipe up periodically. The voices are all representations of people Nathan knows or had known, warped and twisted by the Marker's influence. What they'll be saying is dependent on the situation, so we'll work something out! Other than that, Nathan is suffering from dementia, paranoid anxiety and PTSD. All three of these conditions are brand new and he has absolutely no idea how to cope with them. ■ MEDICAL INFORMATION: Aside from the above issues, Nathan is in pretty good physical health except for some minor details. His arm is newly replaced, as it had been cut off in canon, so he's going to be a bit sore for a while. As an aside, Nathan does suffer from fugue states, in which he blacks out but continues to walk around/do things as if he was conscious. With the CDC's medicine they provided, these shouldn't be an issue as much as they could be. ■ OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: For Nathan, there's a few things that might trigger episodes, but they're unlikely and hard to come by. The biggest and most intense source would be Marker script. Nathan can instantly recognize it apart from other, similar-looking scribbles and chances are if he sees it, he'll wind up in a trancelike state. Snapping him out of these states would probably require a swift smack to his face or the back of his head, as any attempt at talking to him will filter right out. After the fact, he'll be disoriented, maybe even slightly forgetful of the past few minutes before encountering the script. Again, this would be an extremely rare instance. Most other triggers are sharp, clattering sounds when he's in an empty area, like a hallway, or noisy vents. Those tend to cause kneejerk fight-or-flight reactions in Nate. |
